Who is looking after your workforce data?

Wendy-Dorosz-2015One of the questions I get asked all the time when I’m on site is “What about data protection? Are our workforce details safe?”

When using any online software this is one of the most important questions you should always ask yourself.

Personally I think storing your construction workforce data online must be safer than having your data on an induction form sat in an office somewhere.

data-protectionRest assured that all data that is input into MSite is fully secured using FIPS140-2 compliant AES256 encryption. MSite has been built to meet the requirements of the UK Data Protection Act which in turn was developed to achieve the requirements of the EU Data Protection Directive. We also employ ethical hackers to test our software.

New Call-to-action

All our software products are routinely tested against the common vulnerability scoring system (CVSS) which is under the custodianship of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). We do this to ensure that our software and your data is protected against the latest security threats.

Can other providers of construction software say the same?

Why does any of this matter?

Because the company you work for is responsible for the safety of your workforce personal data and could be at risk of fines if any of this personal data is lost to cyber attacks. We act as data processors and provide you with the tools to manage your data.
